A LONG HARD & DUSTY TRAIL

AJ's Frame Guard came to be after I bought my new Turner RFX frame. When I was building the bike, I remembered every other frame I had owned had the paint chewed off the bottom bracket housing along with some metal and a nice little groove in the weld in that area. That damage was caused from riding rough terrain and the chain dropping off the inside of the chain rings.   We all know it takes a half stroke on the pedals to figure out that the chain has fallen off.  In that half a stroke, the damage is done.

Being a machinist, I know that the square cornered groove left by the chain can lead to a stress crack.  With that in mind, I wasn't going to let that happen to my new mega-buck frame. I looked all over and couldn't find anything on the market. I thought about using an E-type front derailer, but they don't shift well at all.  So I had no choice but to whip up my own.

As it turned out, it did a great job of protecting the frame and it also kept the chain on. I showed it to a few people and many of them asked if they could get one. Now they can!

I've come up with a few other parts at the request of my friends. They had purchased parts for their bikes that just didn't work well. My designs are well thought out and perform excellent. They are going to cost a bit more than your average product, but you put them on and forget about 'em. You get what you pay for! You can see some of these parts on the products page. They have been designed and tested and will be produced if there is enough demand.  Remember I wouldn't have you ride anything I haven't already ridden myself....you have my word on that.
